Ordering Products on Our Website
Our website ordering system is simple to use. It is secure and safe. Simply locate your items for purchase, add them to your "shopping cart" by clicking on the "buy it now" button nearest the product photo. You can view the contents of your cart at the top of any page by clicking on the shopping basket icon. When you are ready to check out, use the "check out" link from there to complete your order with your payment information.

Dusty's Collection further guarantees that your online transaction will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected. We welcome VISA and MasterCard through our website secure shopping cart ordering system.
Fast Delivery
Dusty's Collection ships the fastest way possible. Most of our orders are shipped within the first 48 hours. Custom-made products and back-orders will take a bit longer. Credit cards are charged when your order is received. Multiple items ordered the same day may be shipped separately.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted with prior authorization only. All items must have a "Return Authorization Number" and must be requested within 30 days from date of purchase. All items must be in clean and ready-to-sell condition. All items must be in the original shipping carton.
If merchandise is defective, either in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced.
All returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling is NOT refundable.

The following items are NOT returnable unless the return is due to a warranty or repair issue:
 1. Any product with custom logo or monogramming.
